Evodia rutaecarpa

Evodia is mentioned in the first-century CE Divine Husbandman's Classic (Shen'nong Bencaojing).

Evodia is native to the eastern Himalayas and China, where it is cultivated. The semi-ripe fruit is harvested in late July.
